It was 1967 when Gaetano Aiello began pursuing an idea that was much more than a simple ambition. It was a passion powerful enough to shape an entire life. In his small artisanal roasting workshop, he inspected every bean, selected only the finest harvests, and crafted new blends with extraordinary flavor. Every step reflected the deep connection with nature that Gaetano had first experienced so intensely during his travels through South America.
